Welcome to the South Carolina Counseling Association (SCCA)! Whether you're stepping into our community for the first time, reconnecting with us, or continuing your journey, we're excited to have you join our diverse and supportive network. SCCA unites over 500 members, including dedicated professionals and aspiring counselors across South Carolina, and we extend a warm welcome to you all.

At SCCA, we deeply honor the profound impact of connection—in both our professional practice and personal lives. This year's theme of "Universality" emphasizes the interconnectedness that defines our work and shared human experiences. As counselors and supervisors, we navigate a mosaic of shared stories and common challenges. Whether we're mentoring new counselors or exploring personal growth, the thread of universality weaves through our professional and personal journeys, reminding us of our collective strength.

Building meaningful connections is vital to our well-being and essential for supporting one another on our professional paths. SCCA provides a platform for leadership, advocacy, and continuous learning through peer groups, supervision, and dynamic continuing education opportunities. Our annual conference serves as a pivotal gathering where we come together in a nurturing environment to exchange insights, celebrate achievements, and reinforce the bonds that fortify our profession. If you've never attended, I encourage you to experience the enriching atmosphere firsthand.
